This series is designed to be a comprehensive journey into the "Live LARGE" philosophy. Each 60-minute session is a complete workshop, with a unique focus on one of the five core principles: Love, Acceptance, Respect, Grace, and Empathy. Participants will be guided through a consistent structure of meditation, yoga, journaling, and discussion, allowing for a cumulative and deeply embodied learning experience. The goal is to build a strong foundation in each principle, enabling participants to authentically and sustainably integrate the entire philosophy into their lives. this is a 5-week series
